The CMI Installation and Dismantle Team is comprised of the most experienced men in the industry who work together and make up the “I&D Dream Team”. In addition, we use the best exhibit installation techniques in the trade show industry. As a result, we will be able to lower your labor costs and minimize damage to your booth.

Personal Booth Manager (In-Show Services):

We know the frustration of having somebody new and unfamiliar with your booth at each show. This is why we carefully select someone with experience as a manager for your booth. This Manager will supervise the installation and dismantle of your booth at every show, regardless of its location. Your Personal Manager will oversee your booth from the delivery at the dock, through the show, and back to the docks again! Your Account Manager will be a hands-on manager that will know all the details necessary to make your booth successful at your trade shows...

Your assigned Personal Manager will:

Be on call 24 hours a day during the trade-show, whatever your needs may be;

Manage & Supervise the “I&D Dream Team” with maximum efficiency;

Be present to bring in your product and help in merchandising efforts;

Clean your booth each night during the show including vacuuming, wiping down and disposing of trash;

Arrange for shipping and storage or work with your carrier to track your freight;

Inspect your fright when it arrives to make sure that it is in good condition;

Expedite all service related issues regarding your company and be the point of contact with the general contractor, electricians, and all sub-contractors for your booth; and

Be your executive personal assistant during your trade-show to insure the best overall trade show experience possible.
