Samsung HL-R6167WAX/XAA shadow left side screen to
My Samsung 61" DLP has a shadow line,you can see throught it,left side screen 2" wide from top to bottom and only effective on full screen or wide screen. Any ideas it was moved tomy new location to my sons new house.

This is what I would do, look in back of your set make sure it is on and look to where the DLP is at and see by visual inspection how bright it looks if it is bright and listen for any noises like growns, growl, and or the feeling something is vibrating aka color wheel possible. after it cools down...

Sorry forgot a defective bulb AKA cheap after market if it does not light will leave your DLP with that dead look and you can have no sound lights, and or fans it just will not fire up and make sure you have Philips DLP Bulb!!
