I've finally saved up enough money I hope to perform the suggested repairs in the previous posts. I'm planning to check and make sure that the Lamp even comes on first and work from there. What I don't know is exactly where is the best place to make my part purchases? I've been told that the host of...

Re: Samsung HLN437W DLP
Thanks for the reply! I'm going to try the lamp first and go from there. If I can get it to continue working with using the DVI to HDMI then that will be great. And also cheaper... So will give that a shot to begin with and go from there... again thanks for the reply

The video over all has been working for the last 5 years without a bulb replacement - so I suspect that is the latest issue. If that does not resolve then will look at other parts to replace.

Samsung HLN437W DLP
I forgot to add an addition to my first post... If ordering and installing parts (lamp, wheel, etc...) will resolve my issues, WHO do I order them from and what part numbers should I use or look for on this unit (I noted on the Model Number stamp that it says mine is a Version 1 of the Model HLN437W...

Samsung HLN437W DLP
I have a Samsung HLN437W DLP purchased in January of 2004 that no longer displays any video although I do get sound. This is actually the second problem I'm now having with my DLP TV. The first problem I was getting was fine wavy lines across my screen with a standard cable TV hookup, SVideo, or RGB...
