Eh sounds like sometbings dropping out. Either the bulb is loosing its fire or the ballast aint keeping voltage. I have a used one out of a tv i have. 30 shipped if u decide u wana try it

are u pretty good at changing parts? u can diy and same big money. i can get u a dlp chip and u can change it to fix the white dots!

i didnt change anything as far as cooling goes. i figured if i had to spend 2.99 every 2 or so years i could afford that. plus it gives me the chance to clean the dust out of the back too

its called a dmd chip. its about a 30 min job to change and they cost around 200 to fix the white dots.

yea follow the instructions on the other wd-73732. theres a sensor on the color wheel that controls the speed of it. its bad.

follow the instructions for the wd-73732 sensor on the coloe wheel. it will make the color blotchy and messed up.

Well i wanted to chime in and say that i bought a wd-73732 tv broken. Service guy said the optic engine was bad. So i bought it for cheap took a gamble after seeing this post and it fixed my tv!! Thanks alot guys for passing this along!! I bought me some spare sensors cause im sure it will do it aga...
