I've used the TV for 5 years, it was a demo with the lamp changed when I bought it. For the past month or so at startup the TV would start making a whirring sound, like a bad fan buzzing. It got pretty loud and would often last 3-4 minutes before stopping. Meanwhile I could do anything else normally...
