Mother-in-laws tv got a surge. Now no power, no lights on the power switch, no clicks or noise when i turn it on.... I figure a ballast replacement is needed, and maybe the power supply .... or are they one in the same? I can't find instructions on how to replace the power supply>>> is there a fuse on the power supply that could fix the whole problem?

Now I see that the ldmi / in was fried as in black and slightly melted. Any ideas on fixing this?
