DLP Won't turn "on" after being on & then shut off
I have a 5year old Samsung HL-R7178W. When first turned on, it runs great (good picture). I can let it run all night w/ no problems - or I can run it for 15 minuets w/ no problems. The Problem is - when I shut it off, i can not turn it back on successfully until it has sat off for at least one hour. When I do try to start it prior to this time, I get a spinning-"ZZZZZZZZ" sound that pulsates louder, then softer. It will try this multiple times then eventually ends w/ all three lights blinking. Knowing that this means failed bulb, I replaced it.......no difference. Does any one have any ideas??? Any help would be appreciated.........

The buzzing sound that you're hearing can be one of 2 things, ballast board (If the buzzing is more ELECTRICAL) or the color wheel (mechanical noise, winding) The second one being the one I think you're having problems with. Color wheel.
