Lamp replacement

Post by dave6310 » Mon Jan 25, 2010 2:52 am

Should I replace the lamp soon after the warning message comes on, or can I wait until the lamp completely goes out. I already have a new lamp to replace the old one.

If you already have a new lamp, then I'd wait till it goes out or becomes painfully slow to light up... or it becomes too intermittent to manage watching a few hours and have it shut down on you. The lamp light is usually a suggestion that the lamp has been there for X amount of hours. Doesn't hurt to have a spare (which you already do!)
