Toshiba Fan running constantly

I own a 2005 Toshiba HDTV 62hm95 and the cooling fan keeps running all the time even when tv is turned off, it stays running all night long? what should i do to fix this problem? I bought the TV 2 years ago and already had to replace the Bulb. Help? Thanks

Did this problem start after the bulb installation or before?

I have a 56HM66 that has the same "fan runs constantly" issue. This unit sees very little use. I have the original bulbs and other than the constant fan when turned off issue, it works perfectly. Of course I couldn't tell you if the fans always ran constantly and due to chanign location of the unit do I just now notice it??
