led indicators and weird symptoms

: Hi everyone. I'm looking for some help with a projection tv Hitachi 50SBX78B. The red power light comes on when plugged in but that's it, no sound or picture. On the chip board there are about 8 led's that all light up but one is very dim almost not lit at all. This led is marked D940 +B 120v. Hopefully somebody can help me thanks
