Samsung HLN617W after lightning strike

The problem appears to be that the lamp won't light at all. I installed a new lamp, taped the lamp switch down, checked the high voltage to the ballast board and it was 380vdc, verified the color wheel was spinning and ohmed the thermal switch on top of the lamp box. All appears to be well but I don't hear the ballast clicking like so many have indicated if the ballast is going down. Is just replacing the ballast my next reasonable step or is there something I should be checking beforehand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I kind of feel like I'm talking to myself here, but I replaced the ballast and still have no lamp light. I'm guessing that since I have replaced the lamp, the ballast, I can see the color wheel spinning, and there is power to the ballast board, than it has to do with an input to the ballast board that's not allowing a relay to close or something. The other thing is that I'm not getting blinking lights in the front, as if the TV thinks everything is on the up and up. Thanks for your help self, I'll talk with you later after you misdiagnose something else.

Did you verify visually that the color wheel is intact? It could be shattered. This model DLP will not fire the lamp if the color wheel does not spin. If its ok, then I would definitely assume a ballast issue.
