kdf-55e2000 no video or audio input

good morning to all, have kdf-55e2000 that has no video or audio inputs that are working. after lightning surge found blown fuse and varistor on g board but have found nothing else that shows apparent damage. can access menu screen and self diagnostic shows no errors. when you hook up cable or componet cable you get a pulsing sound and a flicker of colors but says no signal for cable and video input 1 2 3 etc on screen. when going with hdmi it says something about unsupported device. any ideas? thanks, roger
