Hi ksav1,
First of all we need more symptoms in order to help you...
Do you hear any odd noises coming from the TV when you try to turn it ON?
Do you have any LEDs blinking in the front panel?
Why did you replace those components? What were the symptoms of your TV before this problem started?
We are here to help

the tv wouldnt turn on lamp light kept blinking so i replaced the bulb with a philips the tv worked for a few hours then nothing lihts started blinking again temp, lamp etc. so i read in forums to replace ballast so i did same thing tv wouldnt come on you can hear the ballast working but tries three times then shuts down so the last resort was to try the color wheel replacement like i said earlier it worked for the night now back to the lights blinking then shuts down

What I recommend the most of the times is cleaning the fans (specially the lamp fan) and air vents. Since apparently the problem is not with the parts you replaced but each replacement comes with a short period that the TV functions properly, I think the only constant in those three operations was that you had to open the TV (a little bit of ventilation).
Try this option before anything else.
