new lamp

replaced old lamp for new one..know no piture and 3lights come on tv after putting new lamp in..tried to rest timer and still no luk with lamp
how old is your TV?
Have you ever change a lamp to your TV??? If you already change it, when was the last time?
do you hear any clicking sounds when you turn on your TV?
Im asking this because the most common problems with a TV is...
1st LAMP 2nd Ballast and 3rd color wheel/power supply
Also, try and put the old lamp, if your TV works with the old lamp. most probably the problem is going to be that you have a weak ballast, you're going to need to replace your ballast. Ballast also have a life spawn of 2-3 years
