Samsung HLP4663W lamp problems

I have a Hlp4663w and I just swapped out the lamp because I had the whole lights flashing on the front thing so I just assumed, stupid me! So either way it did nothing still just sound then shuts off, but now I'm noticing a vibration out of it. I've gone threw all the other posts and none talked about this one completely. I don't want to keep guessing or get laid out by some TV guy so any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Oh and by the way back door is tight, lamp is seated in good, all dust is cleaned pretty well and ballast seems to by clicking like before at start up too. So thanks in advance because there is enough of us with these probs so I'm sure someone will have something for me!!
