Samsung HLS4676S goes out & then 3 lights blink

I have a HLS4676S. It went out ,but came back on. Now, it comes on for about a half minute, screen goes black, about 30 seconds later the sound goes out and the three lights come on. I can push the off and nothing happens. But I can push the on and the tv cycles and comes on for a few minutes, and then repeats itself. When the picture comes on, it is clear and bright. The tv is over 2 years old and the lamp has a lot of hours on it. It has never been replaced.
I would like to know how to remove the lamp and housing from the set. Thank you for your help. J.
