when it rains it pours!!

great now both of my samsung dlp are broken, my HLS4676SX will not power on,it goes right to the 3 lights. the fans dont power up. I checked the fuse on the board and it is good. any other suggestions

eddie, why do you say lamp? would't the fans power up even if the lamp was bad?

I believe that with a blown lamp the system shuts everything down. So you won't get fan power or even audio on the TV.

I read on another post that the sequence is : power up fans, power color wheel,then signal is sent to ballast to then light bulb. but if what you say is true then i have no problem purchasing a bulb. I just dont want to spend money and that not be the problem. is there anyway to know for sure if its the bulb and/or if thats the correct sequence?
