Avatars are your personal user icon. You can access them by going to

User Control Panel (the black button at the top left) > Profile (the gray tab in the middle of the page) > Avatar (the link on the left side after you're on the profile page)

I cant link to it nor upload it. What gives? Says that its too big? Bah.... Its smaller than most in size in the avatar selection area. Any chance an admin or a mod can upload or "fix" this for me so I can use my avatar??

the given dimensions are in the upload screen, you can change this with anything from photoshop to paint, just make it 60 by 60 pixels. i think this image is a little too tall! I can do this for you if you'd like...
