color is off
my picture is good but it is lacking blue in the color, took off the back and all three bulbs were on. Also when you go to the menu there is blue color any ideas it is a mitsubishi ws -48315 projection dlp

Please post the full model number for the tv.

the full model number is ws-48315 is the correct number

Unfortunately Mitsubushi doesn't really post these numbers, you'd have to either call them with the model and serial number and they'd be able to provide you with the right part #. Other option is to take out the part and get the part number from there.
