Samsung HLP6163wx/xaa. The lamp illuminates and there's audio but the screen is blan
k. The menu box will not display.Initialy after the power button is pressed the light that reads lamp blinks a few times and stops. Any thoughts?

Did you recently replace this lamp? if so, then I think you might have a weak ballast (as this is also a consumable part) and like every RPTV, it might be time to replace it.

new lamp, ballast and color wheel. Lamp illuminates indicating good wheel and ballast as light will not burn if either is inop. Thinking a board is shot.

It's probably the digital video board or the DMD board. Kinda of hard to troubleshoot through a forum if your not getting an image.
